New Labour Code 2022  नया लेबर कोड लागू होने के बाद कई नियम बदलेंगे। वेतन, पेंशन, ओवरटाइम, ग्रेच्युटी, छुट्टियां और यहां तक कि पूर्ण और अंतिम निपटान। केंद्र सरकार ने चार नए श्रम संहिताओं का मसौदा तैयार किया है और उन्हें संसद में पारित किया है। राज्य अब इस कोड को अपने दम पर लागू करेंगे। नए श्रम संहिताओं में शामिल वेतन कोड इंगित करता है कि कंपनी अपने कर्मचारियों को कब भुगतान करेगी। इसमें यह भी कहा गया है कि कर्मचारी के कंपनी छोड़ने या निकाल दिए जाने के कई दिनों बाद एक पूर्ण और अंतिम समझौता किया जाना चाहिए। तो आइए जानते हैं विस्तार से..

New Labour Code 2022 वर्तमान में वेतन भुगतान अधिनियम, 1936 के तहत कर्मचारियों के वेतन और वेतन के भुगतान का प्रावधान है। इसमें सेलेरी के तहत सभी तरह के भत्ते और बोनस शामिल हैं। नियम में कहा गया है कि वेतन की तारीख कंपनी और कर्मचारियों के बीच रोजगार की अवधि से निर्धारित होती है। अगर कंपनी 1 तारीख को वेतन की तारीख तय करती है, तो उसी दिन वेतन खाते में आ जाएगा। अगर कोई और तारीख तय होती है तो उस तारीख को वेतन मिलेगा।पिछले नियम में मजदूरी की सीमा 24,000 रुपये रखी गई थी। यानी उस वेतन से कम आय वालों को वेतन रोजगार की अवधि के अनुसार रखा जाएगा।

New Labour Code 2022  नए श्रम संहिताओं के वेतन नियम में वेतन की कोई सीमा नहीं है। और यह नियम सभी प्रकार के कर्मचारियों पर लागू होगा। इसका मतलब यह है कि वेतन जो भी हो, कंपनी कर्मचारियों को रोजगार की अवधि के अनुसार एक निश्चित तिथि पर भुगतान करेगी। नई श्रम संहिताओं के अनुसार यदि कोई नई ज्वाइनिंग है तो उसका वेतन अगले माह की 7 तारीख तक तय कर लेना चाहिए। इस स्थिति में मजदूरी की अवधि एक महीने से अधिक नहीं हो सकती है। इसका मतलब है कि अगर आपको 5 जून को अजवाइन मिलती है, तो आपको इसे 5 जुलाई तक मिलनी चाहिए।
