New Labour Code 2022 नए श्रम संहिताओं के वेतन नियम में वेतन की कोई सीमा नहीं है। और यह नियम सभी प्रकार के कर्मचारियों पर लागू होगा। इसका मतलब यह है कि वेतन जो भी हो, कंपनी कर्मचारियों को रोजगार की अवधि के अनुसार एक निश्चित तिथि पर भुगतान करेगी। नई श्रम संहिताओं के अनुसार यदि कोई नई ज्वाइनिंग है तो उसका वेतन अगले माह की 7 तारीख तक तय कर लेना चाहिए। इस स्थिति में मजदूरी की अवधि एक महीने से अधिक नहीं हो सकती है। इसका मतलब है कि अगर आपको 5 जून को अजवाइन मिलती है, तो आपको इसे 5 जुलाई तक मिलनी चाहिए।
