Rafting CM Dhami मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने  टनकपुर-जौलजीबी रोड स्थित चरण मंदिर से बूम तक महाकाली नदी ( शारदा नदी) में लगभग 11 कि.मी. राफ्टिंग की।

 मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि महाकाली नदी एवं टनकपुर क्षेत्र भारत के साथ ही पूरे विश्व के नक्शे में आए इसके लिए राज्य सरकार लगातार कार्यरत है।
उन्होंने कहा साहसिक खेल को बढ़ावा देकर हम इस क्षेत्र को एक नई पहचान दिलवाना चाहते हैं। आगामी सितंबर माह में महाकाली नदी में नेशनल राफ्टिंग प्रतियोगिता आयोजित की जाएगी जिसमें विभिन्न राज्य के प्रतिभागी भाग लेंगे।
