  • Shoulder Position ज्यादातर हेल्थ एक्सपर्ट्स हमें रोजाना 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद का लेकिन कई लोगों को कंधे, पीठ और गर्दन का दर्द ठीक से सोने नहीं देता. सोने में तकलीफ होती है. यहां तक की एक बार लेट जाएं, तो गर्दन हो या कंधे हिलाना मुश्किल हो जाते हैं. तो कुछ तरीके हैं जिन्हें अपनाकर आप इस समस्या से राहत पा सकते हैं. चलिए जानते हैं.

    पीठ के नीचे तौलिया रख कर सोएं 

Shoulder Position बैक स्लीपर्स यानी पीठ के बल सोने वाले लोगों को अपने बैक बोन या मेरुदंड को बेहतर बनाने के लिए पीठ के नीचे तौलिया को रोल करके सोना चाहिए. इससे दर्द में बहुत आराम मिलेगा क्योंकि तौलिया के रोल आपके पीठ को अच्छा सपोर्ट देता है जिससे आपको दर्द से राहत और अच्छी नींद भी आएगी.

एक अलग तकिए का प्रयोग करें
Shoulder Position कई बार सुबह जागने के बाद गर्दन में दर्द महसूस होता है. इसके लिए जिम्मेदार है आपका तकिया. असल में आप जिस तकिए पर सो रहे हैं, हो सकता है वही आपके गर्दन में दर्द का कारण हो. ऐसे में तकिया लगाना बैक स्लीपर्स के लिए बेहतर है, जबकि पेट के बल सोने वालों को पतला या फिर तकिया बिल्कुल नहीं लगाना चाहिए. जो लोग करवट लेकर सोते हैं, उनके लिए मोटा और मजबूत तकिया अच्छा है.

घुटनों के बीच पेल्विस के नीचे तकिया लगाकर सोएं
