  • गृह राज्य मंत्री  की ओर से पेश बिल में प्रावधान किया गया है कि किसी सज़ायाफ्ता या किसी अपराध के आरोप में गिरफ़्तार किए गए व्यक्ति के शरीर का नाप लिया जा सकेगा... नाप में व्यक्ति का फिंगर प्रिंट , फुट प्रिंट , आंखों की आयरिश का नमूना , उसकी तस्वीर , जैविक सैम्पल जैसे खून का नमूना , उसके हस्ताक्षर आदि शामिल होगा...
