Land Jihad Uttarakhand भू माफिया सावधान ….धर्म की आड़ में ज़मीन कब्ज़ाने वाले होशियार …. लैंड जिहादियों खबरदार … मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की ये बातें दो टूक है जो कान लगा कर सुन लो क्योंकि सीएम ने कह दिया है कि उत्तराखंड में लैंड जिहाद के मसूबे सफल नहीं होंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि देवभूमि के स्वरूप को बिगाडऩे की कोई कोशिश कामयाब नहीं होने दी जाएगी। लैंड जिहाद पर प्रहार को सरकार सख्त कानून लाने जा रही है। सरकारी भूमि पर कब्जा करने वालों को पहले ही अल्टीमेटम दिया जा चुका है कि वे स्वयं ही कब्जा छोड़ दें।

Land Jihad Uttarakhand मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने साफ़ कहा है कि देवभूमि के सनातन स्वरूप को बनाए रखने को हरसंभव कदम उठाए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में सरकारी जमीन पर अवैध रूप से बनी एक हजार से ज्यादा मजारें चिह्नित की गई हैं, जिनके ध्वस्तीकरण की कार्रवाई जारी है।अभी तक 300 से अधिक अवैध मजारें हटाई जा चुकी हैं, इनमें कोई मानव अवशेष नहीं मिला। साफ है कि भूमि पर कब्जे के उद्देश्य से इन्हें बनाया गया। स्थिति ये है कि पौड़ी, उत्तरकाशी, टिहरी जैसे पर्वतीय जिलों के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में भी मजारें बनाई गई थीं, जिन्हें ध्वस्त किया गया।उन्होंने कहा कि स्कूल समेत सरकारी परिसरों में मजारें कैसे बनी, जब ये बनीं तो क्यों ध्यान नहीं दिया गया और ये किस कालखंड में बनीं, इन सब बिंदुओं की पड़ताल कराई जा रही है।

Land Jihad Uttarakhand मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य की 23 नदियों के किनारे वन एवं नदी की भूमि पर बड़ी संख्या में कब्जे हैं। ड्रोन से कराए गए सर्वे में इसकी पुष्टि हुई है। अब इन्हें हटाने की तैयारी है। साथ ही कब्जेदारों से कहा गया है कि वे स्वयं ही भूमि खाली कर दें।वन, लोनिवि, सिंचाई, राजस्व विभाग को भी कहा गया है कि जिस अधिकारी के क्षेत्र में कब्जे पाए जाएंगे, उसके विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके साथ ही सरकारी भूमि को कब्जा मुक्त करने के दृष्टिगत सरकार ऐसा सख्त कानून लाने जा रही है, जिसमें सजा और भारी जुर्माने का प्रविधान होगा।
