Pocso Act Uttarakhand मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पोक्सो अधिनियम 2012 के संबंध में ‘राज्य स्तरीय परामर्श संवाद’ कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग किया। इस कार्यक्रम में उत्तराखण्ड उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश, न्यायमूर्ति विपिन सांघी ने वर्चुअल प्रतिभाग किया। कार्यक्रम में उत्तराखण्ड उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश, न्यायमूर्ति संजय कुमार मिश्रा, न्यायमूर्ति रवींद्र मैठाणी, न्यायमूर्ति आलोक कुमार वर्मा उपस्थित थे।

- Pocso Act Uttarakhand मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि पोक्सो अधिनियम एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण विषयों के संबंध में दो दिवसीय ‘राज्य स्तरीय परामर्श संवाद’ में मंथन से जो भी निष्कर्ष निकलेगा, राज्य सरकार उन अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप प्रतिबद्धता से कार्य करेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह एक ऐतिहासिक दिन है। आज इस कार्यशाला में कार्यपालिका, न्यायपालिका और विधायिका के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा मंथन किया जा रहा है। यह मंथन कार्यक्रम निश्चित रूप से बच्चों के लिए मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि बच्चों का हित सबके लिए सर्वोपरि है।
- Pocso Act Uttarakhand मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में समान नागरिकता संहिता लागू करने की दिशा में सरकार आगे बढ़ी है। इसके लिए गठित कमेटी द्वारा ड्राफ्ट तैयार किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए जन सुझाव भी लिये जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारण एवं संतुष्टि के मंत्र पर कार्य कर रही है। जन समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान हो इसके लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये गये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 2025 में उत्तराखण्ड राज्य स्थापना की रजत जयंती मनायेगा। तब तक उत्तराखण्ड को हर क्षेत्र में अग्रणी राज्य बनाने की दिशा में लगातार प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के समग्र विकास के लिए सबको अपना योगदान देना होगा। राज्य का विकास सबकी सामूहिक यात्रा है।
