SC on SGRR Fee श्री गुरु राम राय इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ़ मेडिकल एण्ड हैल्थ साइंसेज के एमबीबीएस फीस निर्धारण सम्बन्धित मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एसजीआरआर मेडिकल काॅलेज के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया है। इससे पूर्व उच्च न्यायालय, नैनीताल ने एसजीआरआर विश्वविद्यालय/ राज्य की फीस कमेटी/अपीलीय प्राधिकरण के मामले पर एसजीआरआर मेडिकल काॅलेज के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशुनसार एमबीबीएस छात्र-छात्राओं को निर्धारित एमबीबीएस की बकाया फीस की पहली दो किश्तें अभी जमा करनी होंगी, उसके बाद ही वे इंटरर्नशिप शुरू कर सकते हैं।

SC on SGRR Fee सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाई कोर्ट नैनीताल को तीन माह के अन्दर इस मामले का निस्तारण करने के निर्देश भी दिए। शुक्रवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले पर सुनवाई करते हुए एसजीआरआर मेडिकल कॉलेज के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया।श्री गुरु राम राय इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ़ मेडिकल एण्ड हैल्थ साइंसेज़ की ओर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट में वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता सुप्रीम कोर्ट सिद्वार्थ दवे, मनन वर्मा, हर्ष गटानी, सागर गौड, सुखप्रीत मन, नितिन सलूजा, साहिल मंगोलिया ने मजबूत पैरवी की।

SC on SGRR Fee सोशल मीडिया व मीडिया के ऐसे वर्ग के लिए इस मामले का निर्णय एक सीख है। सीख इसलिए क्योंकि वे कई बार केवल सनसनी फैलाने के उद्देश्य से समाज में भ्रम की स्थिति पैदा कर देते हैं।  किसी भी मामले का संवैधानिक व कानूनी पक्ष जाने बिना किसी संस्थान की छवि को नुकसान पहुंचाना या उसके बारे में भ्रामक जानकारी फैलाना समाज हित में नहीं है। मुटठी भर गैरजिम्मेदार मीडियाकर्मयों के कृत्य से समूचे मीडिया की विश्वसनीयता पर प्रश्नचिन्ह लग जाता है। सोशल मीडिया के जिन प्लेटफार्म पर अभी भी इस मामले की भ्रामक जानकारी अपलोड है, वह तत्काल हटाई जानी चाहिए। एसजीआरआर मेडिकल काॅलेज ने सत्य की यह लड़ाई हाईकोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जीती। यह तभी सम्भव हुआ जब इस मामला से जुड़े सभी तथ्य व जानकारी संवैधानिक रूप से सही थी।

SC on SGRR Fee एमबीबीएस वर्ष 2018 बैच के छात्र-छात्राओं की काउंसलिंग के दौरान एमबीबीएस की फीस निर्धारित नहीं थी। इस कारण राज्य सरकार के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में तत्कालीन अपर मुख्य सचिव उत्तराखण्ड ओम प्रकाश ने इस आशय का एक पत्र जारी किया था और उल्लेख किया था कि छात्र-छात्राओं द्वारा जो फीस उस समय दी जा रही है वह एक प्रोविजनल व्यवस्था है।

SC on SGRR Fee इस बात की जानकारी होते हुए मेडिकल छात्र-छात्राओं ने 100 रुपये के स्टाम्प पेपर पर यह घोषणा की कि माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के दिशा निर्देश पर एसजीआरआर विश्वविद्यालय/ राज्य की फीस कमेटी/अपीलीय प्राधिकरण द्वारा जो भी फीस निर्धारित की जाएगी, छात्र-छात्राएं उस फीस का भुगतान करेंगे, लेकिन प्रवेश एवम् शुल्क नियामक समिति के द्वारा फीस निर्धारित किए जाने के बाद छात्र-छात्राएं व उनके अभिभावक स्वयं द्वारा भरे गए एफिडेविट से ही मुकर गए। कुछ छात्र-छात्राएं व उनके अभिभावक एसजीआरआर मेडिकल कॉलेज के गेट पर धरना प्रदर्शन करने बैठ गए थे।
